On our research process on local cows we wanted to know more about the most acceptable way of cow slaughtering and came across the organic farm „Biohof am Jakobsweg“ in Brandenburg. Farmer Sascha introduced us to how his cows are living and dying gracefully on the grass and are fed by only what nature has to offer.
