The goods are shipped properly packaged by courier to customers worldwide.
Orders placed on our website are processed once a week and we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. Once dispatched you should receive your items within 7 – 10 days. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. For shipments in Germany, we charge 7 €. Shipments to EU and Switzerland will be charged with 15 €. Shipments to the rest of the world will be charged with 45 €.

In case of a delivery to NON-EU-countries, additional costs may be incurred (customs, VAT, duty taxes or service charges) on the import into the destination country. These additional costs vary according to the local laws and regulations of the destination country as well as to the weight and value of the shipment and will be charged to the customer or the recipient receiving the goods.


Online shopping can be stressful. We don't want you to stress. If you order something with us that’s not quite how you imagined, never fear. You have 10 whole calendar days to make up your mind, try it on, caress its goodness, fall in love. If you decide you need to return it, just make sure you let us know and send it back to us within that 10 day timeframe. Unfortunately, after 10 days it's no longer able to be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your LEIT & HELD item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it (perfect, really). It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

To initiate a return, flick us a quick message at to let us know what's coming back. Please include your original order number (sent via email when you first ordered), as well as specifying which item/s you are returning. Once your email request has been submitted, pack your item back in its original box (if you still have it) or any other suitable packaging to get it back safely.

You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the person who placed the order, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. This process can take a few days, so please sit tight!

Late or missing refunds

Please contact your bank for a update of any late or missing refunds. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are deemed faulty. If you wish to make an exchange (ie. change colour), simply follow the refund process and then start a fresh order for your new item. Faulty Goods

Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or improperly manufactured. Goods deemed faulty are eligible for exchange of the exact product style that was originally ordered. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at so we can make it right.
